Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AXVOR ("AXVOR," "we," "us") handles personal information in the AXVOR portal at portal.axvor.io, with a focus on the phone numbers and text message data used for 2FA text messages and Application Notifications. Read it together with our Terms of Service, which include the SMS Terms & Conditions.

Phone number information at a glance

Selling your data: We do not sell your personal information, including your phone number.
Sharing for marketing: We do not share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not send marketing text messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving that kind of message.

1. What we collect

Account details in your portal profile: your username (your work email address), your first and last name if you enter them, and your phone number.
Consent records: whether you agreed to receive 2FA text messages, Application Notifications, or both, and when you saved that choice.
Messaging records: the messages we send to you, their delivery status, replies you send us such as STOP and HELP, and opt-out requests.
Technical and security data from your use of the portal, such as sign-in activity, browser and device information, and error logs.

2. How we use it

To send the 2FA text messages and Application Notifications you agreed to receive.
To verify your identity and protect your account and the portal.
To respond to HELP and STOP requests and to support requests you send us.
To keep records of consent and opt-out, and to meet legal, audit, and carrier compliance requirements.
To operate, secure, and improve the portal.

3. Phone numbers and SMS

We use your phone number only to send the text messages you opted in to receive and to administer that program. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except for the service providers described in the next section, which handle your information only to deliver our messages.

We share information only as needed to run the portal and the messaging program:

Service providers. We use Microsoft Azure Communication Services and wireless carriers to deliver text messages. They process your phone number and message content to deliver the messages on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or to protect people, property, or our rights.
Business changes. If AXVOR is involved in a merger, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including records of consent and opt-out, and as required for legal, audit, and customer compliance obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

Stop text messages: reply STOP to any message, or clear the matching box in Manage your account in the portal and click Save.
Change or remove your phone number: update the Phone number field in your portal profile.
Access, correct, or delete your information: email it.support@dqstaff.com and tell us what you need. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some records, such as proof of consent, may be kept as the law permits or requires.
Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts you send and receive.

8. Children

The portal is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. When changes are significant, we will post a notice on this page.
